A Huge Thank You to Principal Sutton & Volunteers! With Macon Middle School (MMS) and Franklin High School (FHS) sharing athletic spaces at MMS, we’re incredibly grateful for Principal Mark Sutton and all the dedicated volunteers who worked hard to improve the fields! Thanks to their efforts, new sod has been installed, making an immediate and much-needed improvement. While significant progress was made, the project isn’t fully complete—eight pallets of sod weren’t enough to cover everything. If you’d like to help Mr. Sutton secure more sod to finish these incredible facilities, please reach out to him at mark.sutton@macon.k12.nc.us or by calling Macon Middle. Thank you again to everyone who got their hands dirty!

Students, As a reminder, your attendance does not impact your Q3 grades; however, it is important that you keep an eye on your absences, as they will impact your final grade. I have also attached the cheat sheet we provided at the beginning of the 2024-25 academic year, which highlights the attendance policy. (This was sent to all student emails by Mr. Gibson)
